關於
臺灣繼承傳統,使用正體楷書漢字,相對於文字的簡化,更具有中國文字的正統傳承價值,深受全球熟知中國文字人士的重視。為強調正體楷書漢字的地位,及宣導中國文字的正確內涵,擬透過比賽方式,舉辦「正體漢字全球書法比賽」活動。

比賽方式及參加要點
a)參加者依據千字文正體漢字,按不同組別之規定字數,自選內容書成作品,參加比賽。
b)不限國籍,但需確實註明並請填寫參賽表格、內容需詳實,主辦單位有義務負保護個人資料之責。每人只限參加各組作品一件,如發現個人在同組超過一件者,或明顯有代筆、塗改描寫之情形,均得報請評審委員取消參賽資格。
c) 比賽分為寫字組及書法組
寫字組—以書寫正體楷書漢字為準,依其字形正確、工整美觀為評審依據,從千字文內文中自行擇取100字以上為書寫內容,不限作品尺寸及字跡大小,不需標點符號,不限傳統作品格式,作品寫完後需署名。得以硬筆、毛筆、e筆或其它數位化電子筆書寫,請自行存檔或以掃描成清晰圖檔。一律以email傳送方式參加。(不收紙本)
書法組—以傳統毛筆書寫正體楷書或隸書、篆書之作品,需從千字文中自選50字以上為內容。作品不限規格(不能小於35X70公分),須符合傳統書法作品之格式及藝術性,並有落款。此組作品一律須為紙本作品,不須裱褙,請用郵寄方式寄往指定地址(台北市金山南路一段30巷12號臺北書畫院)
d) 參加比賽者均不收取任何參加費用。
e) 參加作品均不退還,比賽結束後,作品由淡江大學書法研究室作為全球漢字書法之收藏研究。得獎作品請參加者同意可供推廣書法時之介紹,不同意者請勿寄件參加,以免日後不便處理。比賽評審過程及得獎作品將完整公佈於網站。
徵件截止:各組參加者均請務於2015年11月25日前送達。(嚴守時間,逾時無法參加評審)
得獎公佈:預訂2015年12月2日
頒獎典禮:預訂2015年12月19日於台北市國父紀念館舉行。

1.Traditional Chinese character is one the inherent cultures of Taiwan. Comparing to the simplified version, traditional Chinese not only have authenticity of the Chinese language, but also praised by Chinese character experts. The goal of this competition is to promote the beauty and style.
2.This event is directed by Ministry of Culture, R.O.C.
3.Hosted by: 中華書畫會、Tamkang University, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, 台北書 畫院, International Calligraphers Association, 國際蘭亭筆會, 漢榮書局有限公司 (香港),中國硬筆書法協會, etc.
4.Organized by 中華書畫會 and Tamkang University. 5.Rules and Regulations a) All participants must choose regulated number of words from Thousand Word Classic word pool. The number of words limit is illustrated in point C. b) There is no nationality regulation. Note that application of this competition must be filled completely. Your personal information will be used for this event and this event only. Each participant is only allowed to submit one calligraphy work for Writing and Calligraphy sections. Attendee’s qualification will be canceled if submission is more than one work in the same section, submission is not written by the participant himself/herself, or submission copies other’s work. c) This competition is divided into two sections: writing section and calligraphy section. Writing Section Participant in writing section must write in traditional regular script. Participant’s work is evaluated by the correctness and formality. Participant must choose at least 100 words from Thousand Word Classic. There is no regulation of work size, word size, and form. Punctuation is also not needed in your work. Participant’s signature is required on the work. You may use pen, brush, e-pen, or other electronic tool. Save the electronic file or scan your work and submit by email, and paper submission is not accepted. Note that all submission must be clear and legible. Calligraphy Section Participant must choose at least 50 words from Thousands Word Classic, and write the work in traditional regular script, clerical script, or seal script. The size of this competition must be bigger than 35x7cm, and follow the tradition calligraphy format. Also, your stamp and signature are both required at the end of your work. Framing is not required for your submission. All submission in this section must be in paper form and mail to: 台北郵政 80 號信箱 中華書學會或 台北書畫院 No.12, Ln.30, Sec1, Jinshan S.Rd., Da-an Dist., Taipei d) There is no entry fee for this competition. e) All submission will NOT be returned to you. These submission will be collected by Tamkang University for research purpose. You will be asked for permission to use the work for Chinese calligraphy promotion in the future. If you do not wish your work be used in such purpose, please do not submit your work. All evaluation process and the winner will be posted on our website. 6.Evaluation process and prizes a) All submission will be reviewed by judges in one place. The evaluate committee will invites experts from different countries as the judges for this event. The evaluation process will contain two stage, only selected submission will qualify for the first round and compete for the final stage. b) Prizes Special Award: Only 5% of participant will be awarded, with one prize certificate. Honorable Mentions: Only 2% of participant will be awarded, with one prize certificate. Fine Writing Award: Only 30 participant in each section will claim this awarded, with prize certificate and prize. Excellent Writing Award: Only 5 participant in each section will win this prize. The winners will be invited to the award ceremony and awarded with medal. 7. Deadline: All works must be submitted by November 25th , 2015. Late submission will not be accepted. 8. The competition result will be announced on December 2nd . 9. The award ceremony will be hosted at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall on December 19th . 10.
